These Community Guidelines form an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with both these Guidelines and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Community

Women’s Support Forum is a private, subscription-based community created to provide a respectful, supportive, and constructive space for discussion.

Our goal is to foster meaningful conversations in a safe and inclusive environment.

Access to discussions and interactive features is available exclusively to users with an active subscription. Access is a revocable privilege, not a guaranteed right.

2. Expected Conduct

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect, dignity, and empathy

  • Communicate in a constructive and non-hostile manner

  • Respect differing opinions and perspectives

  • Use appropriate, non-abusive language

  • Protect the privacy and confidentiality of other members

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Members are solely responsible for the content they post.

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or hate speech

  • Discriminatory remarks based on protected characteristics

  • Threats of violence, self-harm encouragement, or abusive language

  • Defamatory, false, or misleading information

  • Explicit, obscene, or sexually inappropriate content

  • Spam, advertising, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion

  • Sharing personal data or private messages of other members without consent

  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting identity

  • Attempting to bypass payment systems, security measures, or subscription controls

  • Uploading malicious software or attempting to disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.

4. Confidentiality & Community Integrity

As a subscription-based private community, members agree:

  • Not to copy, screenshot, record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share discussions without explicit written permission

  • Not to share login credentials or grant account access to third parties

  • To respect the confidentiality of discussions

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, as permitted by applicable law.

5. Moderation & Enforcement Rights

Women’s Support Forum reserves the right to:

  • Monitor content and discussions

  • Remove, edit, or restrict content that violates these guidelines

  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

  • Refuse, cancel, or restrict subscriptions

All moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.

We are not obligated to provide prior notice, explanation, or warning before taking enforcement action.

6. No Professional Advice

Content shared within the community reflects personal opinions and experiences of members.

Women’s Support Forum does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

If you are experiencing a crisis or require professional assistance, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

7. Limitation of Responsibility for User Content

Women’s Support Forum does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of member posts.

Members assume full responsibility for any reliance placed on community discussions.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that may violate these guidelines, please contact:

All reports will be reviewed confidentially; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Changes to Guidelines

We reserve the right to update or modify these Community Guidelines at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
