14. Governing law (EU + international structure)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law.
For users residing outside the European Union, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved under Latvian law unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
15. Dispute resolution for U.S. users
If you are a resident of the United States:
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

16. International users

17. Termination

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation

Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No further recurring charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period for consumers).

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to womenssforum@gmail.com.

If a legally required refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days.
3. Changes to Subscription Plans

Women's Support Forum reserves the right to change subscription prices or features at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

Users who do not agree with the changes may cancel their subscription following the cancellation process above.
4. No Refunds for Partial Use

No refunds will be provided for partial use of the subscription period, inactive accounts, or voluntary account deletion.
5. Special Legal Rights

This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

EU users are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online services, starting from the subscription date, unless they have explicitly agreed to immediate service delivery.

2. User-Generated Content

6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Women’s Support Forum, its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

7. Platform Role
Women’s Support Forum operates as an online platform for user interaction and peer discussion.
We are not the publisher of user-generated content and do not assume editorial responsibility for user statements.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION, BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
1. Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Women’s Support Forum at [ievieto e-pastu] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve the matter.
2. Binding Arbitration (For Users Located Outside the European Union)

shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis.

The arbitrator shall not have authority to consolidate claims or conduct any class or representative proceeding.
If this Class Action Waiver is found unenforceable under applicable law, then this arbitration agreement shall be deemed null and void only with respect to that specific claim.
5. Small Claims Exception
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in a small claims court, if the claim qualifies under applicable law.
6. European Union Users
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union:

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

You retain the right to bring claims before the competent courts of your country of residence, where required by applicable law.
This arbitration clause shall not apply where prohibited by EU consumer protection legislation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users outside the European Union, arbitration shall apply as set forth above.
